| Completed | The money reached your bank. You get a Settlement paid notification |
| Failed | The transfer couldn't be completed after the retries below |
If a bank transfer fails
- Automatic retriesThe same transfer is retried after 1 hour, after 4 hours, and again at the next nightly run.
- Money returned to your walletIf it still fails, the amount goes back to your merchant wallet, the settlement is marked Failed and you're notified.
- Paid with the next settlementThose payments are included again in the next night's settlement, so nothing is lost.
Keep your bank account current
Most failed transfers come from a closed or mistyped account. Change it under your profile (see Account & notifications).
Settlement continues even if your account is suspended: money you already received is always paid out.
