Fees

Yehulu takes a fee on each payment you receive. The customer always pays exactly the amount they enter, and the fee is deducted from what reaches you.

How the fee is worked out

Your fee rule is set by Yehulu and shown under Fees in the portal. A rule can combine:

PartMeaning
Fixed feeA flat amount per payment, in ETB
PercentageA share of the payment amount
Minimum / maximumThe fee is never below the minimum or above the maximum
Amount tiersDifferent fixed fee and percentage by payment size. A tier replaces the base rule for payments in its range
GST15% GST is added on top of the fee
No commission
There is no separate commission on merchant payments: the fee above is everything Yehulu deducts.
