Getting started
Yehulu agents give customers cash in and cash out at their outlet. You serve them from your agent float, and every transaction is recorded in the agent portal.
Become an agent
There are two ways in:
- Apply in the Yehulu agent portal with Apply to become an agent. You can sign in with the email and password you choose straight away and follow your application.
- Be added by a master agent. Master agents run a network of agents and can register agents under them from the Yehulu admin console.

- Business licence
- VAT certificate
- Memorandum of understanding
- Agreement of association
Your operator ID
When you're approved you get a 5-digit operator ID, for example 48213. It identifies your outlet: customers see it with your name on their cash-in receipts, and support uses it to find your transactions.
